WHO WE ARE
The Centre for Social Change is a small charity consultancy body that trains and supports small charities to scale up. We focus on providing extraordinary leadership training, coaching and consultancy and provide a trademarked system for scaling up which is tried, tested and honed through many years of coaching charity CEO's for growth.
We have now launched the Eclat Fellowship, the first UK affordable equitable Fellowship and training programme for charity Chief Executives which provides training for chief executives on how to do their jobs. We designed this course and fellowship programme to be a blend of leadership development, personal development , and learning all the core aspects of what it takes to be a Chief Executive, from Fundraising to Finance, Marketing to PR, Policy to Employment Law, Charity Governance to how to embed true equity and equality into work environments.
The consultancy particularly specialises in governance training, chief executive training, interim operations management and providing interim leadership teams, as well as growing fundraising capabilities for small charities. We take an organisational development approach to fundraising which readies your whole charity for broadscale social investment as well as securing large grants. We have worked with a wide range of UK charities, from animal rescues, to international development charities, health, homelessness and digital charities, film charities to childrens' charities.
We love charities and social enterprises
We feel as passionate as you do about seeing charities succeed, which is why our staff have a long track record of successes in the charity sector prior to becoming consultants and are "best in class". We focus our time on getting our work for clients right, rather than focusing on publicising, and providing solutions that suit all budgets. We'll always refer you on to the right place if we can't help, and what's more, we totally understand the challenges charities face. We run a regular coffee and meet up virtually for charity CEO's every week, and this helps us feel grounded and connected to issues on the ground. We also use this as a medium to help charities who can't otherwise afford our consultancy, as our way of giving back.
