Pankaj Upadhyay

International development associate and leadership trainer

Pankaj has a MBA from University of Oxford and has been in the international development sector for over 25 years and has extensive experience of securing funds of local and global significance and has taught at Masters Level in masters course in Social Innovation and Finance, and Sustainable Development.

Pankaj has worked for major global agencies such as UNDP and DFID. Pankaj has secured funding for schools and Hydroelectricity Power Stations as well as development projects.

He has vast strategic experience in building complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships, managing development projects, and undertaking rigorous evaluation and monitoring of projects delivered under the framework of multilateral agencies and national and state governments.

An extraordinarily articulate, analytical and accomplished practitioner and academic with proven, demonstrable experience of achieving wide scale social change, and analysing and executing successful development programmes. Pankaj’s unique skill set is his ability and sharp intellect able to learn anything required. He has ghost written Harvard Business Review research and management topics and is a published academic author.
